By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

Colorado Pro Roofing provides roofing inspections, repairs, replacements, and exterior services such as seamless gutter replacement, installation, repairs, Exterior and Interior painting services.  Colorado Pro Roofing also provides siding repair and replacement services.  All services are subject to availability, inspection findings, weather, safety requirements, and signed agreements.

• Estimates are based on visual inspections and information reasonably available at the time.
• Final pricing may change due to hidden damage, decking conditions, material availability, code requirements, or scope changes.
• Any material change in scope or price will be communicated prior to proceeding.

Estimates are not guarantees. Warranties, if any, apply only when explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, material delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.

Payment terms are outlined in your written agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension of work or additional remedies as permitted by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to compromise site security or access restricted areas
• Copy, scrape, or republish content without written permission

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Colorado Pro Roofing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
