Position Summary:

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company—meeting with homeowners, assessing roof damage, explaining solutions, and guiding them through the roof replacement or repair process. You’ll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while helping clients protect one of their most valuable investments: their home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and marketing campaigns
   
• Schedule and attend roof inspections (training provided)
   
• Educate homeowners on roofing issues, insurance claims, and repair/replacement options
   
• Prepare estimates and assist clients through the sales process
   
• Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and close sales
   
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth project completion

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
   
• Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
   
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking on roofs (training provided)
   
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
